The PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner is a 3 day intensive training course where you gain a thorough understanding of PRINCE2 Agile® and the current version of PRINCE2. The course will introduce you to the basic concepts of Agile and the clearly defined framework. You will learn to identify the benefits of Agile methodologies and why you should apply them within a project environment. You will be guided on how to apply PRINCE2® and Agile, thereby reducing conflict enabling you to get the best of two worlds.

Exam details

This is a 3 day training with the exam conducted on the 3rd day.

You have two options:

• The first option is to take the exam in the classroom on the second half of the 2nd day.
• The second option is to take the exam online when it is convenient and when you feel prepared.

PRINCE2 Agile® Examination – key information

• 2.5-hour exam
• Open book (PRINCE2 Agile® book only)
• Objective Testing Exam
• 50 questions totalling 50 marks (1 mark per question)
• Pass mark is 60% (30 correct answers).

What qualification will I gain?

All learners who successfully pass the exam will be awarded a PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Certificate

• Learners with PRINCE2® Foundation, Practitioner qualification
• Project Management Professionals
• Project Managers and professionals working in a project environment

PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner course can be taken if you already have the following,

• You need to be at least 16 years old
• You should have a basic grasp of English, Maths and IT
• Certificate holders of PRINCE2® Foundation, PRINCE2® Practitioner
• Project Management Professionals (PMP)

With this qualification, you can further expand your vocational training or work in numerous project management positions that will also put you in line to demand a higher increment or job promotion.
