Description

Course Summary

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training is the combination of both Foundation and Practitioner courses. This PRINCE2 course have been combined so that you can achieve the full qualification in just 5-days and is based on the new 2017 syllabus.

This PRINCE2 certification is fully BCS-Accredited and will include both exams. This PRINCE2 course is suitable for anyone looking to be involved in project management. Passing the PRINCE2 Certification will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to be part of a Successful Project Management Team.

PRINCE2 Course Structure

  • Five days, with a two-part structure.
  • In the first three days, you will prepare for and take the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.
  • The remaining two days will be to prepare for and take the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.

PRINCE2 Foundation exam:

  • Focuses on knowledge of PRINCE2.
  • Multiple choice
  • 60 questions
  • 1 hour
  • The pass mark is 55%, or 33/60
  • Usually on the 3rd day at 3:00 pm

PRINCE2 Practitioner exam:

  • Focuses on the ability to apply PRINCE2® to an example scenario
  • Objective testing, a type of multiple choice
  • 68 questions
  • Two-and-a-half hours
  • The pass mark is 55%, or 38/68

Pre-Course Reading for PRINCE2 2017 Foundation and Practitioner Certification

We will send a pre-course workbook of reading and exercises to complete before the course begins. This will introduce you to the main concepts of the PRINCE2 and help you prepare to study the course material.

There will also be some practice questions to test your PRINCE2 knowledge before the course.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
