Description

The P3O® is a part of the AXELOS Global Best Practice portfolio. The P3O® certification has Foundation and Practitioner levels and provides a basis for accreditation of people involved with P3O® so as to provide guidance on how to develop a governance structure that helps optimise an organisation’s investment in change alongside its Business As Usual work.

This Re-registration certification focuses on two aspects:

Review of P3O®:

  • Objectives and scope
  • Importance and uses within an organisation
  • Models and Tailoring
  • Implementation and Rejuvenating Lifecycles
  • Operation

Overview of P3O® Re-Registration Examination:

  • Framework and syllabus of the Re-Registration exam
  • Sample exam questions and preparation and practice.

Who is this course for?

All P3O® Practitioners are required to sit an additional re-registration examination within 3-5 years of their original certification to ensure Practitioner status is maintained. The re-registration consists of a 1-hour examination set at the same standard as the Practitioner examination.

Requirements

Participants must have passed the P3O® Practitioner exam prior to taking the P3O® Re-Registration exam.

Candidates are required to provide Photo ID with a valid signature together with proof of their completion of the P3O® Practitioner examination prior to sitting the exam.
