Delivered by solicitor and professional lecturer Stephen Desmond, this course has been developed specifically for conveyancers. Rather than examining the statutory instruments and technical requirements of planning and building regulations, this course will instead focus on the key areas which are likely to pose a challenge to conveyancing practitioners and will offer guidance on how such challenges can be overcome in practice.
