Hot stone massage is a type of therapy that utilises heated stones to help you relax and ease tension and damage in muscles and soft tissue throughout your body. The practice has been used in different cultures for many years, with hot coals or water being used to heat the stones to the optimum temperature, reported to be between 55-62 degrees Celsius.
