Overview

Our Online GCSE History course is the international version or IGCSE. This course aims to develop your understanding of human activity in the past based on historical evidence. You will learn about the nature of cause and consequence, continuity and change, and similarity and difference. Through studying this course you will develop an understanding of the present and how it is influenced by past events.

Our Online GCSE History Course aims to:

Are there mock exams so you know if you are on track or not? Can you talk to a teacher over the phone or only through e-mail?

Hi Jamie, Within the course there is assessments what you can complete and your tutor can mark and give you feedback to see how you are progressing. Contact to the tutor is only available via the messaging system which you would receive a reply within 1 working day or immediately if the tutor is online at the same time as you.

how much is the exam fee? How long does the course take?

Answer:

You will need to get in touch with the exam centre directly in order to find out pricing and to register your place for the exam. The great thing about CloudLearn is that you dictate, how long it takes to complete. The full IGCSE is 120 hours of study, so at 40 hours per week – that would be 3 weeks, 20 hours a week = 6 weeks, 10 hours per week = 4 months. It’s totally down to you and your commitment to study. IGCSEs like GCSEs are only examined twice a year (January and May/June).

Hi Henry, GCSE exams are only held twice a year and that would be in January and May/June. All of the material you need to study these courses with are provided in our online study.
