Online dispute resolution (ODR) is a type of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) which uses technologies to facilitate the resolution of disputes between parties. Like all mediation it principally involves negotiation, mediation and arbitration or a combination of all 3 methods.

ODR can be applied to a range of disputes; both personal and business. This course, delivered by experienced lecturer Daniel Williams, will examine the various uses for ODR; particularly in respect of customer purchases which has seen the greatest growth, and thereby advancement, in this area.

In addition, this course will also ensure that viewers are aware of the impact which ODR may have on them and their practices in the future.
