This 4.5 day MSP Foundation & Practitioner course is designed to provide both a solid understanding of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) framework and also how to apply it as an informed member of a programme management team.

The course will ensure that you are well-prepared to pass both the MSP Foundation & Practitioner exams on the 3rd and final days of the course.
