This Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course teaches everything you need to know about Seasonal Affective Disorder. Learn about the major causes of winter blues and SAD and how you can prevent future episodes. The course is proactive and you can expect to change your behavior and your patterns of thinking.

Dr. Arnie Kozak, has been studying, practicing, and teaching mindfulness and Buddhist psychology long before it became fashionable. He is a licensed psychologist doing private practice in Burlington, Vermont and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont College of Medicine where he teaches mindfulness and on the faculty of the business school where he teaches mindfulness for the Sustainable Entrepreneurship MBA program.

This course is ideal for anyone who suffers from seasonal affective disorder or wants to learn more about seasonal affective disorder. By using CBT skills, you can begin to change your relationship with winter and move it in a more positive direction. You will recognize the signs and symptoms of SAD and start coping with them effectively.
