Setting lights and Mental Ray Rendering Using Maya:

Autodesk Maya is the industry standard for 3D animation software. Video professionals as well as graphic experts can create a spell of their own using Maya for animated television programs, films, video games and special visual effect as well as 3D animations. Seven years after it was originally released by Alias Wavefront in 1998, Autodesk Inc acquired Maya and rechristened it.
One of the Architectural modeling projects on Maya this course will help you learn how to set lights and do mental ray rendering while creating 3D detailed structure. We will start with understanding assigning basic lights, adjusting different parameters, and different kind of lights. Moving ahead you shall understand mental ray setup and occlusion shader, editing the reflection of the BG, changing camera angle to take isometric render.
