- Understand the problem, the solution, and the vision
- Document the model on a business model canvas
- Use lean startup experiments to validate the riskiest parts of the plan
- Work in an agile environment (if required)

- Encourage learning every software cycle (of typically 2-3 weeks)
- Write user stories and acceptance tests
- Host requirement workshops (using impact maps, story maps, and the whiteboard!)
- Run estimation workshops

What certification will I get?
