09:30 – 10:00 Coffee, Course and Personal Objectives

10:00 – 10:30 Recognise the actual reasons for a meeting and understand different types to meet the variety of needs

10:30 – 11:15 Identifying the manager’s responsibility before, during and after the meeting.

11:15 – 11:25 Coffee Break

11:25 – 12:00 How to keep regular meetings fresh, interesting and achieve total engagement for all attendees.

12:00 – 12:45 Dealing with pre and post meeting administration, including agendas, action points and/or minutes.

12:45 – 13:00 Personal Action Plans, Review and Close
