Overview
Our 2-day intensive course builds on the knowledge you gained in the M_o_R® Foundation course where you were provided with the necessary skills to implement and manage risks in your organisation. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the links and relationships between the core concepts of M_o_R® including: Principles, Approaches, Processes and Embedding and Reviewing of management of risks. The Practitioner course ensures the M_o_R® theory is embedded equipping you with the skills and knowledge to apply the M_o_R® Framework throughout the organisation from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives.
By the end of this course, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and understanding of how to apply and tailor an M_o_R® approach to any organisational perspective.
