MoP® (Management of Portfolios) approaches the management of change projects and programmes from a strategic viewpoint. It provides an overview of all change activities including what is in the portfolio, what it is costing, what risks are faced, what progress is being made, and what the impact is on business as usual and the organisation's strategic objectives.
Portfolio Management is defined as a coordinated collection of strategic processes and decisions that together enable the most effective balance of organisational change and business as usual.
The eLearning course covers the latest version released in January 2011 and prepares delegates for the Foundation & Practitioner examination.
Foundation & Practitioner exams are sat online through the exam board, PeopleCert. The exams are valid for six months from purchase. The official exams and eBook manual are included in the price of this package.

Course Duration
The duration of the combined MoP® course, is 35 hours self-study. You will have access to the course for six months from registration, allowing you to study at your own pace and in your own time. MoP® official eBook manual is included to support your studies and can be used within the Practitioner exam. Exams sat online, subject to availability, at a time to suit you.

At the of the 12 months, either of the courses and exams can be extended for a further six months, subject to a fee. If you require any further assistance, please get in touch.
