Description

This diploma combines assessed teaching practice with academic study into aspects of language teaching and learning such as ELT methodology, use of technologies, materials, language analysis and exploration and second language acquisition.A key component of the Diploma in TESOL is the development of teaching practitioners’ reflective ability. Our aim is to help teachers deepen their understanding about their own professional practice and this is integrated throughout the course.

Requirements

Learner must fulfil at least one of the following criteria to be allowed entry to the qualification:

Academic Qualification

  • Possession of Level 6 diploma or Bachelors degree or any equivalent overseas qualification

Or

In case of no formal education, learners can gain entry on the basis of workexperience.

  • Learners having 5 years of work experience or more are eligible in case of no formal educational qualification.
