Who is this course for?
This qualification is intended for those working as supervisors, managers, head of function or area managers.
Managers at Level 4 play an integral role in developing and supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions such as managing team dynamics, delegation and capability building, planning and managing projects and managing budgets.
Requirements
No prior knowledge, understanding, skills or qualifications are required before learners register for this qualification however they are likely to be employed in an operational, technician, associate professional or first line management role; already have core occupational competence and knowledge within the sector, to allow them to complete the qualification, although this is not a formal requirement.
Career path
Learners who achieve can progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and with further development, learners can also progress into job roles requiring a more complex set of skills, such as Senior Manager, Head of Department and Director.
