Description

The Level 4 Diploma in Business and Administrative Management is a 120 credit size qualification, equivalent in size and level to the first year of a bachelor’s degree and is part of a flexible suite of administrative management qualifications. Learners must complete the eight mandatory units, worth 100 credits, and two optional units worth a minimum of 20 credits.

Who is this course for?

This qualification is suitable if you want to develop your business and administrative management skills and have either already achieved qualifications in business and administrative management at a lower level or do not have management qualifications, but have qualifications in other areas and/or prior relevant experience in the workplace. It is particularly relevant if you are seeking to progress to higher education to take a BA degree course in a related area of study.

Learner must fulfil at least one of the following criteria to be allowed entry to the qualification:

Academic Qualification

  • Possession of Level 3 diploma or GCE/GCSE or any equivalent overseas qualification

Or

In case of no formal education, learners can gain entry on the basis of workexperience.

  • Learners having 1 work experience or more are eligible in case of no formal educational qualification.

On successful completion of a Level 4 qualification in Business and Administrative Management there are a number of progression opportunities Learners may progress to a Level 5 Diploma in Business and Administrative Management or to other Certificates and Diplomas in Management with the opportunity to specialise in Healthcare or Travel or a degree programme in a higher education institution
