Description

The Level 3 Advanced IT User Diploma teaches you how to use Microsoft Office to an advanced level. You will study the following programs:

  • Word - Word Processing

  • Excel - Spreadsheets and Charts

  • PowerPoint - Electronic Presentations

  • Access - Databases

  • Publisher - Desktop Publishing

  • Outlook - Email and PIM

  • Internet Explorer

You will study each module and then complete the Assessment at home. The Assessment reflects the types of tasks you would be required to carry out in the office workplace.
