This qualification aims to provide a range of key of management skills, with an understanding of how to put them into practice within a learner’s own role in the retail sector. The course also aims to build on leadership capabilities, looking at how to motivate and engage teams, and how to manage relationships confidently. Learner’s will also develop leadership and management skills using their own knowledge, values and motivations.
