Description
The qualification is aimed at lead adult care workers, support workers and key workers in a range of adult care settings. The qualification can be used both within and outside of an apprenticeship standard.
The qualification is structured in a way which means that all learners will have to complete a group of mandatory units, the content of which is required across any lead adult care role. In addition there is a wide range of optional units to support areas of specialism, including:

Answer:It is around 4-6 weeks

Answer:Yes, unless you have an assessor in the workplace who can complete an observation. Otherwise one of our assessors will be sent to you on a mutually agreed date, usually after you have completed the written work for this qualification
