Learners wishing to progress from this qualification can undertake the following qualifications:
- Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
- Focus Awards Level 4 in Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices
- Focus Awards Level 4 in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices
- Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices
Who is this course for?
This nationally recognised qualification course is aimed at those who assess both occupational competence in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace (for example a workshop, classroom or other training environment). This qualification will introduce learners to the principles and practices of assessment, assessment of occupational competence in the work environment and the assessment of vocational skills, knowledge and understanding
