This course will help you gain an insight carrying out a range of activities needed in administrative and business support environment On completion of this course, you will receive NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Skills for Business.
Description
At city college ltd we believe in imparting the right educational skills and experience working life beyond the classroom. In addition to teaching, we have a strong focus on innovative work-based activities in areas such as social care, ICT and business skills through placements and voluntary work options.
This course will consist of studying 6 units which include getting involved different activities. Our assessor/tutor will provide all the support needed to complete the qualification successfully. In addition, we will help learners with CV writing, preparing for an interview, preparing a cover letter and apply for jobs.

This course is suitable for anyone who looking to get into work in business administration field. Learners may develop the knowledge, understanding and essential skills employers look for in employees. This course will boost your confidence to work in an office environment and carry a range of administrative and business support activities.
Requirements
Eligibility
- Currently registered as Unemployed.
- 19 or over.
- Registered on an active benefits claim (e.g. JSA, ESA, Universal credit).
- Attend training session 3 days a week, 9:30-2:30 over 12 weeks.
Career path
Learners can enroll on a higher level course such as level 3 and beyond. Sufficient skills will be provided to work in a business environment.
