Overview

This is a 3 day course - Course Dates are: 02 June, 07 June and 14 June

This course will equip you with the skills to strengthen your management and leadership on a day to day basis and make a genuine difference both to the way you work (better, less stress) and to the way your colleagues work with you (more appreciated and respected).

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
