During the ITIL Release, Control & Validation course, you will gain a solid understanding of the RCV processes, service transition principles, how other service lifecycle activities are supported by RCV, the roles and responsibilities associated with RCV and how RCV is measured.

Upon completion of this course, you will earn 4 ITIL credits that will count towards gaining the ITIL Expert certification which requires a total of 22 ITIL credits.

Exam Details

The ITIL Release, Control & Validation course exam consists of multiple choice, scenario-based questions with a pass mark of 70%. The exam lasts for 90 minutes in which you must answer as many of the questions as you are able to.
