10:45 - 11:15 The NLP Model of Communication and Personality (What makes everyone different and unique, and how to build a bridge across into their unique model of the world)

11:15 - 12:00 Rapport (What is it and how the 3 components of NLP communication can be utilised to build rapport rapidly and effectively, face to face, over the telephone and in writing)

12:00 - 12:45 VHF Channels of Communication (How to tune into someone elses wavelength and what eye movements really mean)

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
