Good internal communication is essential for any business. Law firms are no exception.
There is also no doubt that employees who have mastered internal communication will find it easier to communicate with clients. This in turn will result in increased business, client satisfaction and retention.

Aimed at managers and business owners, this session will consider whether communication is an issue for professionals in general, and the business culture within the legal profession.
