Steps

1. Apply and Enrol – Use the application form located on our website to submit your application form. Once you are approved onto the course and payment has been set up, you can enrol and will be given access to your course.
2. Induction - As a part of your onboarding process, you will receive an invitation to participate in a comprehensive induction call. This session is designed to acquaint you with Moodle, our advanced online learning environment, ensuring you are comfortable and proficient in utilising this platform for your educational journey.
3. Skills Gap Analysis - Your assigned tutor will initiate a detailed discussion to gain a thorough understanding of your current role and responsibilities. This critical conversation is aimed at identifying your unique strengths and areas for development. Utilising this information, your tutor will then meticulously craft a personalised learning pathway through the course, tailored specifically to address your individual needs and align with your professional objectives.

The Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. They particularly support practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts, or other pressures.

The Award is suited towards those who:

1. Have already undertaken a Leadership & Management qualification, but have identified a specific skills gap that only requires a few units to be studied.
   2. Wish to begin with a smaller, shorter qualification, with a view to topping it up to a Certificate or Diploma at a later date.

There are no formal entry qualifications needed to gain entry onto this course.
