This Level 1 qualification covers 3 units, IT User Fundamentals, Using the Email and the Internet and Security for IT Users. ICDL Essentials Online therefore enhances learners' understanding of computers and promotes the safe, efficient and effective use of computer applications. ICDL Essentials is an ideal progression route to ICDL Extra, the Level 2 qualification. Upon completion of the course delegates will develop their knowledge, skills and understanding in performing tasks associated with the following 3 units: IT User Fundamentals Using Email and the Internet Security for IT Users Available in Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and 365, ICDL Essentials is interactive and packed with exercises.
