Elizabeth Heck is a herbalist and naturalist with over 20 years of experience working with plant medicines. She has worked alongside world renounced herbalists and is an herbal entrepreneur who successfully founded a botanical products company. She is a frequent lecturer at international Herbalism conferences and teaches at the legendary Sage Mountain Herbal Retreat Center.

Ayurveda is the sister medical science of yoga, based around a holistic approach to well-being and happiness. With origins in ancient Asia, it has helped people for centuries and is based around the belief that many of our modern ills have come about because we are imbalanced, physically and mentally.

Your instructor, Janet Perez, discovered Ayurveda Studies, attending the California College of Ayurveda. After a life-changing trip to India, she started her Vedic Astrology studies under the world-renowned Jyotish Master, Hart deFouw. After completing these studies, she went on to study Vedic Palmistry and Indian Fen-Shui again with Hart deFouw.
