Description

This course will take you on a journey through several different systems and techniques connected to Yoga, including lessons on certain elements of Pilates and Karana Yoga. You will learn how you can use simple breathing and movement exercises in order to improve your sleep and achieve a more balanced physical and mental lifestyle.

Your course instructor Seva Samadhi Tsiompani is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Indian Head Massage Therapist and Fitness Instructor. She has over 16 years of experience in personal training and has appeared on the TV and the radio. Seva has also founded her own online learning platform called 'Seva ??? ?????', which she continues to run today.
