Overview
Hand reflexology is often either omitted altogether or only briefly touched upon during most reflexology courses. The result of this is that most practitioners do not feel confident to use hand reflexology or quite often feel it is somehow less of a treatment than when working on the feet. This is infact nothing near the truth.
We have Dr Fitzgerald, a medical physician, to thank for the introduction of hand reflexology in the West. He used it predominantly for pain relief and morning sickness and even, on occasions, to anaesthetise his clients.
Description
Hand reflexology can be used as a stand alone treatment or in conjunction with foot reflexology.
This is a one day CPD course is open to all student and fully qualified reflexologists and is fully insurable, visit BGI to find out more.
