Overview

This course only suits those who know how to complete accounts or need little guidance.

This course guarantees a job within accounting.

There is a limit to the number of candidates we can take due to the number of positions available.

With this course you will build the credentials to get into an accounting.

You will receive a copy of completed accounts.

As recruiters simply scroll through your CV looking for relevant experience we all know they are geared towards experience. If they don’t see any, then they move onto the next candidate with experience, making it all most impossible.

On the other hand you have candidates like you saying how do we gain experience if companies are not offering us the opportunity to do so.

We have a programme that is designed to deal with this very issue.

1. Brief online training if you feel a bit out of touch doing accounting duties.

2. Feedback on the accounts to see your capabilities.

3. Supporting accountant to help you with accounts.

4. Tailored CV with strategic dating.

5. Exclusivity to accounting jobs not yet advertised.

6. We send out your CV to a number of accounting companies we work with.

7. ACCA sign off as well as your objects.

Description

Now we have a programme that can resolve this experience issue, the way we do this is by giving you the title Assistant Accountant and focusing on practical experience. We outsource work for you covering a range of duties such as profit and loss, reconciliations, Vat, Tax, Sales/purchase ledgers and so forth. Now these will be sent out to you via email so you can start building experience right away. We do also offer online training too if you feel like you’ve been out for a while and need to brush up on your accounting skills.

You will also receive a copy of any mistakes found in your files. The last thing we want to do is provide you a reference and you don’t understand how to do accounts. At the same time we don’t want to jeopardise our relationship with clients and give them any incorrect accounts so we have them checked by our accounts team. This will also give you an indication of your capabilities.

This has given us a success rate of 97% and our candidates have gone on to the likes of NHS, Deloitte, Barclays to name a few. All we will do now is replicate this process to candidates who are having difficulties getting into a role due to experience.

We will also tailor your CV and give you exclusivity to accounting roles not yet advertised. The programme also contributes to your ACCA objectives and PER sign off.

Who is this course for?

Only for those who have studied a degree in accounting or AAT level 4. If you haven't studied but have experience in doing accounts you will have to sit a test. If you have international qualifications/experience and can execute accounts you will need to sit a test also.

FAQs

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
