Finance and accounting are full of jargon and complexity that makes it difficult for those without a financial background to make sense of financial information, documents and reports.

This course cuts through the jargon to provide a practical, clear overview of business finance enabling delegates to go away with increased confidence and knowledge.

Description

We run our in house courses for groups ranging in size between 6 & 15.

As a standard the course covers:

  • The 3 major accounting statements:Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow. How they are put together and the principles underpinning them
  • Why cash is different from profit
  • How to interpret and analyse financial information
  • An introduction to budgeting
