OKTO Estate Agency Training and Recruitment is a dual stranded business that focuses on getting people into the estate agency world and most importantly succeed once placed. Our course leader is an accredited trainer with an abundance of experience. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions.

- Explanation of the Estate Agency Industry.

- Understanding each role and salary expectations.

- Choosing the right employer. The difference between corporate and independent.

- How do you apply for a job and what the process is. Having the right CV and covering letter.

- How to deal with telephone interviews and what to expect.

- How to approach the interview, what to wear, what to say and questions to ask. Making sure the first impression is correct and what to do you want to get across.

- Your first week and year in the job. What to expect, what you need to learn and how you should prepare.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered.
