- To gain an understanding of the basics of Sales and Selling
- To look at the Cold Calling element with a view to improving confidence and competence
- To gain an understanding of the identification of potential customer needs
- To gain an understanding of how to adapt behaviours to customers that have different personalities
- To develop an understanding of the interpersonal and technical skills of sales; this will include building rapport, communication and presentation skills
- To use negotiation and deal with objections that come from customers leading to the ultimate goal of closing the deal
