COURSE INTRODUCTION

The Level 4 External Quality Assurance Courses replace the older D35 and V2 qualifications. The External Quality Assurance Course (Awards and Certificate) are suitable for those working within FE Colleges, Private Training Providers, Regulatory Bodies or Awarding Organisations, Local Authorities etc.

This qualification will provide you with the skillset required to complete external quality assurance visits to ensure that specifications are met as an independent auditor or advisor.

COURSE PRE-REQUISITES

It is strongly advised that candiadates already hold a qualifcation in Internal Quality Assurance, in addition to relevant experience and understanding of quaity assurance within the FE sector.

Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
