Course Code APR0300 The International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL) is the internationally recognised qualification for computer users. ICDL Extra Online enhances learners' understanding of computers and promotes the efficient and effective use of computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. ICDL Extra prepares learners to take the level 2 qualification. The aim of the qualification is to recognise the application of a range of computer skills and knowledge in meeting the demands of the workplace. Upon completion of the course delegates will develop their knowledge, skills and understanding in performing tasks associated with the following 4 units: Word Processing Software Spreadsheet Software Presentation Software Improving Productivity Using IT Available in Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and 365. The ICDL Extra Online course is interactive and packed with exercises it effectively prepares learners for their exams.
