The Diploma in Supervision at QLS Level 3 is designed for learners who want to acquire supervisory skills. Learn what it takes to be an effective supervisor from basic supervisory skills to managing challenging situations or uncivil behaviour in the workplace. The course will educate learners on the fundamental skills of supervision which include qualities and principle of leadership. You will learn what it takes for employees to trust a supervisor and how to improve listening skills so that employees are made to feel valued and appreciated.

The course will present individuals with valuable information on enhancing communication skills, encouraging team building efforts and managing conflict in the workplace.

The Diploma in Supervision at QLS Level 3 course will also detail how to effectively manage situations that may get out of hand and apply techniques to avoid grievances. The course will focus on different types of people that make up a team, how to build an effective team and maintain rapport with employees. It is an excellent supervision course for individuals already employed as supervisors, or for those who want to gain a fresh start in a supervisory position.

Access Duration

The course will be directly delivered to you, and you have 12 months access to the online learning platform from the date you joined the course. The course is self-paced and you can complete it in stages, revisiting the lectures at any time.

Method of assessment

In order to complete the Diploma in Supervision at QLS Level 3 successfully , all students are required to complete a series of assignments. The completed assignments must be submitted via the online portal. Your instructor will review and evaluate your work and provide your feedback based on how well you have completed your assignments.

While the submission of your assignment is compulsory for you to get your Quality Licence Scheme certification, you can also receive another CPD & iAP, free e-certificate if you take a 20 multiple choice exam.

Certification

Those who successfully complete the course will be issued the Diploma in Supervision at QLS Level 3 by the Quality Licence Scheme.
