Overview

Edureka's CRM Salesforce for Beginners course will introduce attendees to the concepts of CRM and the application of CRM to business operations.The course will explain Cloud Computing as a concept and explain the aspects related to SaaS and PaaS. Attendees will be introduced to Salesforce system through conceptual coverage of Sales, Marketing and Service aspects of CRM. The course will include creating Salesforce login accounts and provide a step by step instructions on how to achieve the CRM concepts on a Salesforce system. Throughout the course, the participants will continue to work on a case study to understand the concepts better. At the end of the course, the participants will have to implement a project utilizing the concepts learnt.
