Overview

This creative problem solving course looks at the various problems that we face in our working lives. By identifying and utilising a systematic approach, we are better able to breakdown the problem into manageable chunks. Case studies are used to ensure that the skills learned can be immediately transferred to the workplace.

12:15 - 13:00 Looking at the Five Most Common Barriers to Effective Problem Solving

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
