Requirements:

A degree in psychology and Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBCM) as specified by the British Psychological Society. Applicants will also have some experience of 1 or more of the following areas: human resources, management, organisational training, or consultancy, coaching, mentoring, counselling, psychotherapy (or another of the helping professions).

Modules:

This course will cover areas such as: Structures and processes of assessment; advanced practitioner research and the contribution of concepts from systemic, psychoanalytic, humanistic/existential, cognitive behavioural and positive psychology to the development of an integrative relational model of coaching.
