This course is designed for independent coaches, counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, HR professionals and managers wishing to deepen their knowledge and competence for intervening in powerful and creative ways to enable clients to grow in awareness and capability.

Requirements:
A degree in psychology and Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBCM) as specified by the British Psychological Society. Applicants will also have some experience of 1 or more of the following areas: human resources, management, organisational training, or consultancy, coaching, mentoring, counselling, psychotherapy (or another of the helping professions).
Modules:
This course will cover areas such as: Structures and processes of assessment; advanced practitioner research and the contribution of concepts from systemic, psychoanalytic, humanistic/existential, cognitive behavioural and positive psychology to the development of an integrative relational model of coaching.
