Overview

Being a successful change leader and manager requires a broad range of skills. You will need innovative and business-focussed to address external pressures and real internal practical, organisational challenges and issues. It will also require well-developed people management and interpersonal skills. For organisations to continue to survive they must be able to continuously change to meet the changing demands placed on it. Their ability to pre-empt and effectively communicate change, engage stakeholders and ultimately embrace change will determine their sustainable development. Successful change will require support and buy in from all levels throughout of the organisation, but particularly from line managers who have an important role to play in implementing change and ensuring that it is successful through their hands-on, operational focus and their direct relationship with their teams.

METHODS OF DELIVERY
This course requires full delegate participation to maximise the intra-group learning, to support direction from the trainer. A range of methods are employed to maintain delegate engagement such as PowerPoint presentation, reference material, group work, flipchart work, subgroup work and group discussions.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
