Certificate
We send certificates to students within 24 hours of course completion. Students will be awarded the Certificate IV in Disability.
Assessment
The course will be assessed on the basis of one assignment, we believe doing practical assignments are the best way to assess the ability of the students and also it is the best way to make them apply what they have learned into practise, students can start their assignment from day one and complete the course as soon as they submit their assignment.

Description
The course is delivered by Open Colleges in partnership with ICM Training. It will equip you with the management qualities to supervise other employees, create frameworks for an effective workplace and assist you to empower your clients to participate in the community and seek an appropriate level of independence.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will be able to pursue various roles in a range of professional disability services, including group homes and respite centres.
We recommend that you have some experience working in disability or a related field before enrolling in this course.
