The Diploma in Business Management at QLS Level 3 is a comprehensive training enabling learners to develop sound knowledge to work effectively within their own business or as part of a management team. The course will teach learners the important roles in business, foundation of planning, organisational structure, the importance of human resources within a business environment, how to motivate team members, how to effectively manage change and apply business theories in real-world situations.

The Diploma in Business Management at QLS Level 3 course will enable learners to think quickly on their feet, they will learn to meet deadlines, mobilise teams and fulfill commitments. Learners will gain in-depth understanding of procedures and processes of a business environment. It is an education that will help learners take their academics or career to the next level. Learners may be interested in furthering their education in business management, while others may want to qualify in order to apply their skills and knowledge within their employment.
