Description
Our programme provides students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge of key business functions and their relationship with the wider strategic and international environment. Students also expand their knowledge and understanding of the current changes in the business environment through the study of leadership, organisational change and transformation, innovation and stakeholder management. Students also develop key skills in formulating and managing basic research, presentations, problem-solving and organising and managing group-based projects.

Requirements:
All applicants must have a 1st or 2nd Class undergraduate Honours degree from a UK university or overseas equivalent, or a professional qualification and/or experience considered to be equivalent to the above; a reference from a tutor who has supervised the applicant's undergraduate studies, or the applicant's employer; if English is not the 1st language, a TOEFL score of 550 or above, an IELTS score of 6.0 or above or evidence of English proficiency equivalent to the above. Part-time students only: applications are also welcome from individuals who do not possess the above qualifications but who have significant management experience and are able to demonstrate previous non-certificated learning equivalent to the above. In such cases, admission to the programme is based on an evaluation of the applicant’s ability to continue to benefit from and achieve the award; applicants normally have appropriate and relevant work experience.

Modules include: managing human resources; operations management; marketing management; accounting and financial management; leading transformation and change; strategic management; business analysis project.
