COURSE INTRODUCTION

This course is approved by IQ and is idea for those who want to work within internal quality assurance. Additionally the course has applications outside the training industry and will allow successful candidates to operate in a Quality Assurance role in any sector.

Description

COURSE TOPICS

• Unit 1 – Understanding the principles and practice of internal quality assurance

This unit will equip the delegates with the skills and knowledge to become a capable and competent Internal Quality Assurance contact. The practices and principles learned during this module will be used throughout the delegate’s career as an IQA

• Unit 2 – Internally quality assure the quality of assessment

This unit demonstrates how to practically quality assure the assessment process according to set standards and procedures. Delegates will be expected to assure the quality of two assessors while undertaking this unit.
