Description

During industrial production activities (e.g. production of hydrocarbons), sodium hydroxide (also known as “caustic”) is widely employed to overcome several environmental and operational issues. This course will provide a better understanding of principles, practices and regulations related to spent caustic treatment, in order to accomplish an integrated caustic management system.

Who is this course for?

This course is intended for professionals working primarily in chemical plants, petrochemical plants and refineries that require the use of caustic systems, in particular: Process Operators, Process Technicians, Process Specialists, Production Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Quality Engineers and Production Supervisors.
