Overview

Under the Pensions Act 2008, every employer in the UK must put certain staff into a workplace pension scheme and contribute towards it. This is called 'automatic enrollment'. If you employ at least one person you are an employer and you have certain legal duties.

Most workers in the UK are going to be automatically enrolled into a workplace pension scheme by their employer. This One day course will allow you to better understand your obligations and procedure to comply with The Pension Regulator.
