City and Guilds of London Institute (C&G) awarding body
What we're all about
Our purpose is to enable people and organisations to develop their skills for personal and economic growth.
It’s about tapping individual potential to help people develop the skills they need to succeed – the skills that help them progress into a job, on the job, and onto the next job.
What we do
What we do is about more than skills, qualifications and jobs. Backed by a Royal Charter, we exist to make sure that people can contribute to successful businesses and economies. We do this by working with education providers, companies and governments in over 80 countries.
Royal Charter
The City & Guilds of London Institute (the City & Guilds Group) is a Royal Chartered Institute (RC117) and a registered charity (no.312832). Our Royal Charter was granted by Queen Victoria in 1900.
