This course is a detailed and insightful guide to both Yin and Yang Meridians, and how to apply acupressure to parts of the body within these areas when they are in pain. You will learn the 5 Shu Antique Points to use for areas within the Yin and Yang Meridians, as well as some history about acupressure and the benefits it provides more generally. By the end of this course, you will gain an internationally recognised qualification as an Acupressure Therapist!

Your course instructor Annette Reilly has been working in this industry for over 15 years. She served as Secretary of The Kinesiology Association of Ireland for almost 2 years and following on from this took over the role of Chairperson. Annette gained international recognition for her work with IICT - The International Institute for Complementary Therapists in 2015 and students all over the world continue to benefit from her courses
